Catharsis - Greek for purification or cleansing
Purity isn’t just being clean - it is about being single-minded

The greatest disease in our world is Heart disease.
The Heart is the control center of a person’s mind, emotions, and will. It is our invisible innermost being which shapes our lives, attitudes, convictions, and ultimately our actions.
The Heart of the problem is the problem of the Heart.
Hebrews 12:1
“... Lay aside the sin that so easily entangles us.”
Do we see God at work in our lives?
When your heart is pure you will see God at work in your life.
