Men's Retreat 2023
If you’ve never been to Tonto Christian Camp, it’s a great facility. The weather is a bit cooler than the Valley, and in November there’s a nice nip in the air (highs in the 50s, nightime lows in the 30s). Nestled in the mountains, with Tonto Creek nearby, the scenery is fantastic.
FRIDAY - You can arrive after 3:30pm on Friday and get your room assignment. No formal meal will be served by the camp, but chili is availble from two of our men OR you can eat in Payson before you arrive. We will open with a 7pm session on Friday.
SATURDAY we have morning and evening sessions, with the entire afternoon open to fish, hike, take a nap, horseshoes, 9-square, etc. There will be evening options (campfire, movie night, poker, etc.).
SUNDAY we will wrap-up the retreat with a closing session, and you can plan to be on the road back home before noon.
The camp offers cabin-style lodging, with indoor bathrooms, hot showers and some great food from the camp kitchen (no, seriously, their food is really good!).
So, come join us for some good camaraderie, great teaching, and a time to connect with God and the men from 4 Cov churches in AZ. You won’t regret it!
