“Then Barnabas went to Tarsus to look for Saul, and when he found him, he brought him to Antioch. So for a whole year Barnabas and Saul met with the church and taught great numbers of people. The disciples were first called Christians at Antioch.” (Acts 11:25-26)
“In those days when the number of disciples was increasing...” (Acts 6:1)
“They preached the good news in that city and won a large number of disciples. Then they returned...strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to faith.” (Acts 14:21-22)
“In Joppa there was a disciple named Tabitha, who was always doing good and helping the poor.” (Acts 9:36)
