Act 1: Uzzah Dies

Whenever we pick and choose which commands to obey, and
which ones to politely ignore, we make the mistake of Uzzah. And whenever
we put God in a box, seeking Him only when it’s convenient or we’re in
trouble, we make the mistake of Uzzah.

When am I like Uzzah?

Act 2: David Dances

God calls for worship that includes our whole being. 

Whenever we get so filled up with
gratitude toward God that we feel like we’re going to explode unless we
express it; whenever for just brief moments we are willing to let go of image
and pour ourselves enthusiastically into worship; whenever we celebrate with
joyful abandon.
