“I lift up my eyes to the mountains— where does my help come from?” (verse 1)

“My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” (verse 2)

3. THE UPWARD LOOK

God’s Reliability
* He always watches over us!
* He is at our side to strengthen us!
* He brings maximum growth out of all we will ever go through!

4. THE FORWARD LOOK
“… the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.” (verse 8)
