• Had a fever, cough, body aches, or other COVID-related symptoms?
• Had a temperature over 100 degrees?
• Been in contact with someone who has tested postive for COVID-19?

Please note, Maricopa County & the City of Chandler have made wearing a mask mandatory in public settings such as ours for anyone age 6 & above.  If you find yourself at Hope without one, we will provide one for you.
