Early bird registration cost is $150 until January 24th, and $175 starting January 2 to March 6. Cost includes lodging, all meals (excluding lunch Saturday which will be off-site), and registration booklet.

Early registration deadline is January 24, 2016 and registration closes March 6th. However, space is very limited and rooms will be given on a first-come, first-served basis, so please register early! Payment must be submitted with registration.
