OUR DESTINATION:
Tonto Rim Christian Camp (TRCC) is one of the premiere Christian camps in Arizona that offers superb cabin-style lodging as well as year-round recreational Christian camp activities. Our Hope Men's Ministry has been coming back to TRCC not because it is conveniently located within the Phoenix/Mesa/ Tempe area (imagine only a 1-2 hour drive from our doorsteps!), but mostly because of it's serene environment and the spectacular camp experience that it offers to our Men of Hope.

OUR TRIP SCHEDULE:
You will want to get on the road, leaving the East Valley no later than 4PM on Friday. Dinner is served at 6PM. On Sunday, we wrap up before 11AM, but there are some great hikes nearby, so if you aren't in a rush, you can enjoy the options!
A week before the retreat we will send an email to organize carpooling.
You may register by visiting our 2020 Men's Retreat Registration Page. Print out the registration form, fill it out and return it to the church office. Also, do not forget to fill out and sign the TRCC Waiver Form. TRCC requires us to give a hard copy of participant's waiver forms.

HOW TO PAY:
Please register and pay by February 2nd to get our Early Bird Rate of $135. Regular registration fee will be $165 after that. Registration deadline is on February 16.
Three ways to pay:
1) Cash: Use a separate offering envelope, write your name, and write "2020 Men's Retreat" in the Other (Specify) line. Drop in the offering basket or wooden offering box in the sanctuary, or take to the office Mon-Fri from 9am-4pm.
2) Check: Make your check payable to Hope Covenant Church and write in the memo "2020 Men's Retreat". Drop in the offering basket or wooden offering box in the sanctuary, or mail it to church at 1770 S. Dobson Rd., Chandler, AZ 85286.
